Robert Benjamin, now a Family Court judge, established the practice, R J Benjamin and Company in 1975. In 1993 Susan Robinson and Robert Benjamin began practicing as partners in the firm known as Benjamin and Robinson Solicitors. Susan Robinson then ran the practice Benjamin and Robinson Solicitors as a sole practitioner from 1 July 2001.

In 2007 Mario Piperides became the solicitor director of the practice and Susan Robinson remains as a consultant and a solicitor of the firm. The firm continues to grow and successfully operates as it has for the last 15 years.

Located in South Hurstville, the firm has acted for a variety of clients ranging from local Mums and Dads from the St George - Sutherland Shire area to businesses and multi million dollar corporations.
